The Duplex series can be designed to what ever square floor area you require with a choice of facades. Plans can be customized to suit your needs and can be built on your land or ours. Concrete roof tiles and face brickwork are standard. Colorbond roofing, sandstone blockwork and rendered brickwork are optional extras. Price includes R2.5 ceiling batts, Granitgard physical termite barrier and treated timber frame (25 year guarantee). European Stainless steel kitchen applicances including rangehood and overhead cupboards are included.
